Crickboom Project

Following a thorough research of libraries in Belgium and Netherlands, they have found rare and out of print scores by Mathieu Crickboom.

None of Crickboom’s music was ever recorded before – there were several public performances of his works during his time however not many artists include his compositions in their recitals currently. Anna and Chris have studied and performed all the pieces by Crickboom available and they currently prepare to record a CD of his music.

A passionate teacher, she thoroughly researched the exam boards in the UK and expertly supports her students through the exams and collaborates with other instrumental teachers to create performing opportunities for children.

A believer in an individual approach to each single student, she has mixed and adapted different methods on the violin and transferred students onto viola if they wished to. She has taught on the London Music Masters Bridge project as well as state and private schools in London. She has previously taught at Junior Guildhall’s String Training Programme.
